Various activities for motivation and celebration, small breaks in the routine, are developed within the company, with the goal of elevating our collaborators' degree of satisfaction with the work environment. As well as this, Organizational Climate Research is carried out in the company every two years with the intention of constantly developing measures of improvement in the work climate.
