The area of Training and Development (T&D) at Uberlândia Refrescos has as its goal the developnent and management of strategies and plans of action that will improve the abilities, knowledge, attitudes and potential of all of our team. 

The main objective is to align our collaborators' capacities to the objectives and strategies of the company, also reflecting on personal and professional growth through seminars, business meetings, workshops and regular encounters.

Such strategies and plans offer training, selection and revision programs. Through this vision, the company seeks to train citizens to be aware of their personal and professional responsibilities, contributing to organizational and socio-cultural development.
