Safety is a non-negotiable value. We continuously work to ensure a safe and healthy work environment, prioritizing prevention, care, and responsibility in all our activities. We implement actions such as safety inspections, technical visits, Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) with leadership, and the use of the Observation Card to reinforce our safety culture. We also rely on the work of the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA), industrial and forest fire brigades, and the Risk Control Committee (CCR), which encourages the proactive identification of risks in daily operations.
