We promote the circular economy at every stage of our process, from packaging innovation and design to the reuse and recycling of materials, with a commitment to making our operations increasingly sustainable and focused on achieving the zero waste goal. We have adopted the 5Rs Policy – Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, and Compost – as the foundation of our Zero Waste Policy, enabling us to minimize waste generation and implement sustainable practices throughout the production chain. Among our main initiatives are: • Recyclable packaging: We invest in the use of recycled PET resin (rPET), making our packaging more sustainable. • Zero Waste Policy: We apply the 5Rs principles in our operations, reducing impacts and promoting responsible waste management. As a result of these actions, we recycled 14,900 tons of waste between 2014 and 2024, reinforcing our commitment to environmental preservation and sustainable development. We believe that awareness is the foundation for transformation. Therefore, we work with schools, NGOs, and institutions to encourage sustainable practices from an early age, helping to form citizens who are more engaged in caring for the environment. A concrete example of this work is the “Recycle and Win” program, which mobilizes students and families through educational competitions and selective waste collection campaigns. Besides promoting conscious disposal, the initiative directly benefits recycling cooperatives, strengthening the circular economy and generating social inclusion. Between 2013 and 2024, the program collected 252,600 kg of recyclable waste.
