Created to drive concrete actions, the Diversity and Social Responsibility Committee is composed of a multidisciplinary group of Uberlândia Refrescos employees. With a mandate from 2025 to 2027, the committee works on proposing, monitoring, and improving initiatives focused on diversity, inclusion, and social impact. It also serves as a space for active listening and the promotion of psychological safety, strengthening the company’s commitment to a more welcoming and representative environment.
