Young Apprentices

We believe in the transformative potential of youth, which is why we continuously invest in initiatives that promote training, inclusion, and professional development for young people. Targeting youth aged 14 to 24, the Young Apprentices Program offers both theoretical and practical training, preparing them for the job market with responsibility and purpose. Present in Uberlândia, Uberaba, and Patos de Minas, the program goes beyond legal requirements by promoting social inclusion and creating real growth opportunities. Within the program, we developed FormAÇÃO Jovem URLA (Young Training & Action Program), an exclusive Uberlândia Refrescos initiative that further encourages the leadership and protagonism of our apprentices. Throughout their journey, young people face challenges, participate in courses, share learnings, and are recognized for their effort and dedication. Additionally, we support Coletivo Online, a free Coca-Cola program aimed at youth aged 16 to 29 with a high school diploma or currently completing it. The initiative offers digital content on careers, resumes, interviews, professional organization, and financial education, helping participants better understand the job market and prepare for opportunities in an accessible and flexible way. Through these initiatives, we reinforce our commitment to people development and to creating pathways that generate positive impact in the lives of young people and society as a whole.
